Community Development

Hope for North Brevard is committed to solving community-wide issues by providing leadership, time, resources, and volunteers. Change requires collaboration and partnerships between the faith community, civic organizations, businesses and local government. It takes focused effort which HNB helps foster through such things as: North Brevard Coalition of Human Services, North Brevard Cold Night Shelter, Foster Care Task Force, 4O Days of Generosity, Project EAT, & North Brevard Youth Coalition, Back to School Blast and more.

Counseling Center

Hope for North Brevard provides low to no cost professional counseling to students, adults, and families in crisis. Each week HNB offers counseling to hurting youth, broken families, and struggling adults. In addition, HNB offers job training and placement for people with special needs. All of us face struggles and need people in our lives to help point us to hope, restoration and new life. HNB believes everyone should receive assistance, regardless of their circumstances or financial situation.

Youth Services

Hope for North Brevard’s main focus is serving youth and families in North Brevard. HNB has been a catalyst in starting two local youth centers (Forge Youth Center & Gibson Youth Center). HNB has also taken youth programming into the local public schools through our CHAMP Mentoring Program, which provides positive role models to local north Brevard youth.

In addition, Hope for North Brevard provides youth training, internships, resources, retreats, mission trips, etc., along with leadership in collaborative initiatives among youth service agencies, local schools & churches. Investing in HNB mean investing in our local youth, and the future of our community.
